With its bright yellow blooms and medium green foliage, this free-flowering, strongly scented vine begins adding fragrance and color to your garden in mid-spring and continues until fall. An enormous number of blooms increase the heady scent. And when the flowers finally pass, they are replaced by bright red berries!
In addition to butterflies, 'Scentsation' also attracts bees and hummingbirds into the garden. Reaching 10 feet long and five feet wide, it is a delightful choice to grow over a wall or fence, blanket a trellis or pergola, or thread through a chain-link fence.
 
'Scentsation' is hardy to -20 or -30° Fahrenheit, able to withstand severe winters and hot summers equally well. Put it in moist, well-drained soil in full sun in most zones. It will appreciate some light shade in the southernmost areas. Zones 4 to 9.
