Yilan Sanxing scallion is good for scallion pancakes making, or stir-fries, grilled meats & BBQ, hot pots, infused scallion oil & omelets and toppings. It is naturally sweet & juicy, never harsh or overly spicy. It has strong, aromatic leaves perfect for cooking, a top-tier regional cultivar known for exceptional flavor and frost tolerance. It was not supposed to set seeds, but here in The Clayton Farm, it did set few seeds. We started from 1 bare root plant 1 year ago, now we have hundreds. It multiplied from the base. It is cut and grow.
