Vietnamese mint, also called "hot mint," is known for its peppery flavor and often used in soups or salad. Although this herb is native to tropical areas, it can be grown in most climates so long as you keep it warm and damp. This perennial herb can thrive indoors or in your garden for years if you grow it in the right conditions. Before you know it, you'll have plenty of Vietnamese mint to harvest.
